About the Role

We are launching an innovative remote staffing and recruiting firm specializing in exceptional Executive Assistants and are in search of a Head of Recruitment to join the founding team and help launch and grow this venture.

Our hybrid business model blends elements of both a typical recruiting/headhunting firm with that of a staffing agency, and a unique perspective on what the role of an EA actually should be.

In your role as Head of Recruitment, your primary focus will be on sourcing *truly* exceptional EA candidates using both traditional and creative methods..

However, as part of the founding leadership team you will also be deeply involved in all aspects of the business including the training, growth, and support of our EAs, in addition to client management and general additional operations of the business.

While the target client market is the USA, the target base of operations will be in the Philippines, with likely an additional strong presence in Latin America. The Head of Recruitment must be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract exceptional Executive Assistant candidates, focusing on both traditional and non-traditional methods
  • Team Leadership: Manage and expand the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and alignment with our company's strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including candidates, team members, and clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Performance Management: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and team performance.
  • Training Development: Collaborate on the development of initial and ongoing training programs for Executive Assistants to continuously enhance their skills.
  • Operational Strategy: Work closely with the Founder/CEO and other leadership team members to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in the staffing or recruiting industry and a focus on Executive Assistant roles.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a recruitment team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the capability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and solve complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external partners.
