Job Description

The Head ensures customer satisfaction through the provision of effective and efficient problem-solving resources within the agreed turn-around time, while actively driving innovation projects to enhance the Company's customer service platforms. The Head motivates and manages the customer advocacy team to achieve customer satisfaction goals that align with the Company's service culture, while building sustainable customer relationships. This position generates sales / sales leads under the Manggoe wellness ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance and HMO industry practices and policies is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
