Health, Safety & Environment (Construction)

Oversee and manage the health, safety, security and compliance operations of the assigned construction
sites. Develop and implement all health, safety, security, and environmental policies, protocols, and
procedures. Administer and monitor the Health & Safety Officers, outsourced security agencies, and
Pollution Control Officers on their day-to-day operations in coordination with the construction managers and
CCO's.

What you will do:


• Oversee and monitor the security operation of all the assigned construction sites and any additional
areas as necessary.

• Develop security strategies and implement the security policies, protocols, and standard operating
procedures.

• Ensure that the assigned construction sites are manned by security guards that are adequately trained,
and capable of effectively handling security challenges and responsibilities.

• Monitor the security & safety of the turned-over units including personnel, assets, and equipment
deployed at the site.

• Assess the task and evaluate the performance of the assigned security officers and agencies assigned
to the construction sites.

• Manage the development and implementation of access and perimeter control operational procedures
for site personnel, vehicles, equipment, and visitors to construction project site areas and offices.

• Lead and coordinate in the responses to emergencies and ensure that initial measures are applied to
prevent or mitigate the risk.

• Proactively and regularly report security incidents, statistics, and ongoing security measures to the
Safety Officer, Unit Head, and other relevant management.

• Coordinate and develop good relations with the different heads of local government agencies (ex.
Police Chief of Police, Bureau Fire and Protection, Barangay Chairman, etc) to further enhance and
strengthen the security services and safeguard the properties.

• Research and recommend new technologies and advance methodologists to improve services and lower
the security expenses.

What we are looking for:


• Must be a college graduate and a Licensed/Certified Security Practitioner.

• With extensive background on Security management handling large residential estate or mixed used
properties.

• With excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Can formulate standard forms, policies, protocols and procedures in all security-related processes.

• Customer service oriented. With training of COSH/BOSH.

• Should be knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

• Willing to be assigned on different work locations.
