Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  - Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

2. Account Growth and Development:
  - Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  - Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added services and solutions to clients.

3. Project Coordination:
  - Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  - Work closely with the project management and creative teams to meet client expectations.
  - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
  - Track account performance and provide regular reports to clients and management.
  - Analyze account data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  - Prepare and present business reviews and forecasts to clients.

5. Problem Solving:
  - Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  - Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Account Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
