Monthly review of the aging report for all channels (online, concession, outright, institutional, and international).Ensures that SAP aging per customer is tallied per manual monitoring if any.Ensures that all boutiques, direct selling stores, and extra area sales including manual sales are recorded in SAP based on deadline.Ensures that controls on cash sales are being implemented and followed by stores.Ensures that all BIR Sales reports are submitted to the compliance team on time.Review current processes that need improvement for sales and receivables.Review all reports before final submission to the FR team, operations team, or as requested.Ensures that all payments received from customers are recorded in SAP on time.Review and report any exemptions on monthly closing deliverables.Coach and develop the team members.Collaborate with another department such as operations for issues and concerns.
