Responsibilities:

Handle confidential files and documents.Arrange and prepare meeting schedules and events.Handle travel arrangements, book flights and hotel accommodations, and ensure all itineraries are in order. This includes Visa processing and management.Prepares reports to be presented to the Japanese Executives daily or as needed in a timely and efficient mannerPrepare monthly liquidation and reimbursement reports.Answer phones and route calls to the correct person and department.Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree holder, any course.Experience in Visa processing and Liquidation is a plus.Possesses above-average ENGLISH COMMUNICATION skills (both written and verbal).With Excellent Analytical skills.Excellent MS Office (MS Excel) skills.Willing to work on shifting schedules.FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.Candidates must be willing to be assigned in ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY.Could start ASAP.
