- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, if required;
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations within the Firm.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Managing Partner from time to timeRequirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field preferred.
