Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, if required;Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.Handle correspondence, emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the Managing Partner.Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special projects.Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations within the Firm.Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Managing Partner from time to time
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field preferred.-
