What you will do:

 

Handles ER cases for the accounts assigned to. From serving twin notices, investigation, admin hearing, and resolution.Reviews and approves disciplinary memos.Conducts regular touch-base with employees through small focus group discussions and exit interviewsWork closely with the People Partner in providing HR support to the stakeholders.Recommends HR solutions drives initiatives and implements new processes or tools in support of business priorities.

 

What you should have:

 

Bachelor's Degree in any related fieldMinimum of 5 years' extensive relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholdersSolid knowledge of local employment lawsStrong background in Employee Relations
