Job Summary: The HR Business Partner will lead the cluster functions of the department, providing HR generalist services to clients and conducting corporate HR projects and programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plans, organizes, leads, and supervises the cluster functions of the department in coordination with the directions from the Cluster Head.
  • Provides HR generalist services to clients in a specific cluster, addressing personnel requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Assists Cluster Head in evaluating employee issues and concerns, ensuring they are handled professionally, legally, and confidentially.
  • Conducts corporate HR projects and programs in the assigned cluster.
  • Facilitates and evaluates OD interventions and projects for clients, as well as inter-group meetings and other non-HR meetings.
  • Works with line personnel to resolve and/or mediate employee grievances, arranging and scheduling meetings between and among grieving workers and other concerned parties.
  • Implements the Standard of Disciplines and other employee discipline-related policies, conducting conferences across departments to explain the code of discipline.
  • Prepares and maintains regular and special reports desired by the Department Head and clients.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications and Competency Requirements:**

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient in HR business partnering.
  • Knowledgeable of all areas of human resource management.
  • High problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
