Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams, driving business outcomes through effective HR practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to our business leaders and teams on HR-related matters.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
  • Manage and develop our HR team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Collaborate with our business leaders and teams to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide HR support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and HR strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
