Specification 

Develop his/her own sales funnel of architects and designers, general contractors, other institutional projects, and key industry players and decision-makers.Performs specification and technical selling and presentations to relevant projects as identified in various sources such as BCI and other sources of construction projects and activitiesUnderstand the needs of architects, specifiers, and interior designers need through technical and informational meetings, response to inquiries and render for design services if needed to close such projects.Keep abreast of current trends, products, and improved practices in the construction industry.Closely coordinates with the B2B sales team to update them on the status and monitor the progress of projects that were transferred to their territory.Provides technical assistance and support to all distribution channels such as product presentation and technical trainingParticipation and support of UAP Chapters, Product Shows/Events to increase and support architect/specifier relationships.

 

Stakeholder Management

Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) to develop a proactive stakeholder management planInitiates programs and mechanisms to promote stakeholder engagement on company programs and activities

 

New Business Opportunities

Recommends new business opportunities of the channel.Participates and supports proposed, on-going, and future new growth projects of the project team department.

Education/Experience Required:

With expert knowledge in using computer-aided-design (CAD)Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree preferably in Architectural, Engineering or equivalentMust have at least three to five (3-5) years working experience, with a track record of securing projects, especially through selling the product features and specificationsMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
