We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Nestle Professional team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the foodservice industry. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share in the foodservice industry.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other foodservice establishments, to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry to promote Nestle Professional products and services.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Nestle Professional products and solutions.
  7. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Nestle Professional and the client.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities, market insights, and competitive landscape.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven track record of success in business development or marketing roles, preferably in the foodservice industry.
    2. Strong knowledge of the foodservice industry, including understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    5. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
    6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills..
