Key Responsibilities:

Client and Partner Database:

Create and manage a comprehensive database of potential clients and partners.Regularly update and maintain contact information and engagement records.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales through innovative business ideas.Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Package Curation:

Assist in designing attractive packages for potential clients and partners.Tailor offerings to meet client needs and maximize engagement.

Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:

Negotiate terms and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.Resolve conflicts promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.

Relationship Building:

Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pitches and Presentations:

Create compelling sales pitches and presentations for potential clients and partners.Present offerings confidently and professionally to secure business deals.

Experience and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in handling events and knowledge of the F&B industry is an advantage. Sales and Franchise management experience is essential.Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Collaboration: Collaborative team player who works well with others.Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop unique business solutions.Organization: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
