  • Provide IT Helpdesk/in-house support.
  • Create update, and close IT related incident tickets using the defined standard procedure and systems.
  • Problem tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of IT Tickets
  • Documentation of technical materials and procedures related to IT Systems
  • Provide deployment support of IT Projects; and
  • IT Program development/configuration /enhancement based on specification provided by the client

     

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any IT related course
    • with at least 6 months experience as Helpdesk Support
    • Amenable to work in Taguig City
    • Can start ASAP
