Helpdesk Support

- Provide IT Helpdesk/in-house support.
- Create update, and close IT related incident tickets using the defined standard procedure and systems.
- Problem tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of IT Tickets
- Documentation of technical materials and procedures related to IT Systems
- Provide deployment support of IT Projects; and
- IT Program development/configuration /enhancement based on specification provided by the client
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT related course
- with at least 6 months experience as Helpdesk Support
- Amenable to work in Taguig City
- Can start ASAP
