Responsibilities:

  • Assist all inquiries from remote customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to remote customer support questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, products, and services.
  • Quickly understand and adapt to new updates and changes in company policies or products.
  • Ensure that remote customer support receives the most current and relevant information.
  • Provide daily updates to the assigned manager regarding remote customer support interactions and issues.

    Requirements:

    • College Graduate
    • Previous experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is required
    • Mastery over the English Language
    • Proficiency in using customer support software and basic computer applications.
    • Must be willing to be relocated to Malaysia.
