Responsibilities:
- Assist all inquiries from remote customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to remote customer support questions and concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, products, and services.
- Quickly understand and adapt to new updates and changes in company policies or products.
- Ensure that remote customer support receives the most current and relevant information.
- Provide daily updates to the assigned manager regarding remote customer support interactions and issues.
Requirements:
- College Graduate
- Previous experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is required
- Mastery over the English Language
- Proficiency in using customer support software and basic computer applications.
- Must be willing to be relocated to Malaysia.
