Assist all inquiries from remote customer support via phone, email, and chat.Provide accurate and timely responses to remote customer support questions and concerns.Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, products, and services.Quickly understand and adapt to new updates and changes in company policies or products.Ensure that remote customer support receives the most current and relevant information.Provide daily updates to the assigned manager regarding remote customer support interactions and issues. Requirements: College GraduatePrevious experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is requiredMastery over the English LanguageProficiency in using customer support software and basic computer applications.Must be willing to be relocated to Malaysia.
