We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The primary focus of this role will be attendance and leave management, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing operational HR support as required. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records.
  • Manage leave applications, approvals, and balances in line with company policy.
  • Prepare and share attendance and leave reports with management and payroll teams.
  • Address attendance-related discrepancies and employee queries.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee personal files (physical and digital).
  • Ensure all employee documents (joining forms, IDs, contracts, etc.) are complete and up to date.
  • Handle employee data confidentially and ensure compliance with company policies.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist with onboarding and exit formalities as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related operational activities.
  • Support HR audits and internal reviews by maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as and when operational requirements arise.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR operations or HR executive role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of attendance and leave management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu Business Park
