Position Title: HR Personnel
Employment Type: Full-Time
The HR Personnel is responsible for providing comprehensive support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, documentation, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Monitor attendance and coordinate with payroll
- Provide HR support for employee concerns and engagements
- Handle filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related course
- Experience in HR is a must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; trustworthy and detail-oriented
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
