Position: HR & Admin Supervisor

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization. This role oversees key HR functions—including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and timekeeping—while also managing essential administrative support for both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
  • Foster a positive and compliant work environment.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align staffing needs with recruitment strategies.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate and ensure timely performance evaluations.
  • Advise managers and employees on performance issues and improvement plans.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate timekeeping and payroll coordination.

5. HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and update HR information systems with accurate and confidential data.
  • Prepare HR reports as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to administrative functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS is an advantage.
