The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to management and staff. This role manages office resources, coordinates company documentation, and supports HR, finance, and operational activities to maintain smooth organizational functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative processes run efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate with suppliers for purchases.
- Handle company correspondences, emails, and official documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and physical.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff or executives.
- Support HR functions such as attendance monitoring, onboarding, and document processing.
- Assist in budget monitoring and basic financial tasks such as liquidations or expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Provide support during company events, activities, or audits.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve admin-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in administrative or office management roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
