Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, paid search, and other platforms to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Produce visually engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, banner ads, and blog images, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media content calendars, design creative posts and ads, monitor engagement, and implement strategies to grow audience reach and interaction.
  • SEO & SEM: Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and designing web graphics for digital ads. Assist in paid search campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Design and launch email marketing campaigns with compelling HTML templates and visuals to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to enhance results.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual content consistent with brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align creative assets with marketing objectives and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Research & Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing and design trends, experimenting with new ideas, tools, and strategies to boost engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and marketing materials reflect brand standards, tone, and messaging across platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative work.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Skills

  • Digital Marketing: Knowledgeable in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Graphic Design: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar design platforms.
  • Social Media: Capable of designing and producing engaging social media content for posts, stories, and ads.
  • Web & Email Design: Ability to create web banners, landing pages, and email templates that support marketing objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive ideas and visuals.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Able to develop original concepts and campaigns that attract attention and drive engagement.
  • Analytics: Proficient in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to improve campaign impact.
