Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading ANTECH's digital presence by developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online platforms. This role ensures that campaigns effectively engage target audiences, optimize media investments, and deliver measurable results that support brand equity and commercial growth.
The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as the subject matter expert in digital trends, analytics, and e-commerce, ensuring that ANTECH remains competitive in the online space. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maximize digital impact while maintaining strict compliance with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development & Execution
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen ANTECH's online presence, consumer engagement, and lead generation.
- Translate business objectives into digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility, product recommendation, and consumer loyalty.
- Proactively research emerging platforms, tools, and digital innovations to keep ANTECH at the forefront of digital marketing.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of content across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and manage video and photo shoots for online campaigns, ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.
- Align digital content calendars with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all digital assets reflect ANTECH's brand identity and communication guidelines.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze digital campaign KPIs (reach, impressions, conversions, CTR, engagement, ROI).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness using real-time performance data.
- Provide regular reports to management with insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with agencies and digital platform experts for campaign execution and performance reviews.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Analytics
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building to maximize organic traffic.
- Conduct regular website audits and ensure strong technical SEO performance.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools to evaluate website and campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements in user experience (UX) and content design for better conversion.
E-Commerce Management
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and strengthen digital retail partnerships.
- Manage product listings, online promotions, and digital trade campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
- Analyze e-commerce data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with customer engagement strategies.
- Partner with the Brand, Trade, and Medical Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and impact.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all digital content and campaigns comply with ANTECH's brand guidelines, the Milk Code, DOH regulations, and relevant advertising standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and approval processes for all digital initiatives.
