Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role includes increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving overall online presence. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.


Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
2. Social Media Management
  • Create, manage, and grow brand presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and publish engaging content regularly.
  • Track analytics and audience engagement.
3. Content Creation & Marketing
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
5. Email Marketing
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, product updates, and customer retention.
  • Manage subscriber lists and measure campaign performance.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Analyze user behavior and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
