Digital Marketing Specialist
Summary

Talent Source is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Content Marketing
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring active engagement and consistency in messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance visibility and reach.
Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support the overall marketing strategy by collaborating on projects and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and email marketing platforms.
Salary & Benefits

Compensation will be offered on a monthly basis, in Pesos (Php - Philippines), commensurate with experience. Benefits include flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
