JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong passion for advertising. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for optimizing search engine rankings and ad performance.
  • In charge for driving traffic and sales across all Shopify stores through Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of SEM and Meta campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure that best practices are integrated into website content, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and make recommendations for adopting new tools and strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

●      Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

●      Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.

●      Proven success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, traffic, and revenue growth.

●      In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, digital advertising best practices, and tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.

●      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.

●      Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success.
