The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute data-driven marketing campaigns for both Kreatex and our clients.

This is a hands-on role where you'll plan, create, and optimize campaigns leveraging AI tools and automation to boost performance and efficiency. You'll collaborate with our design, animation, and development squads to deliver marketing strategies that turn heads and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for international clients.
  • Manage social media campaigns, from content planning to analytics.
  • Create and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with designers and animators to deliver high-impact creatives.
  • Prepare data-driven performance reports and optimization plans.

AI-Driven Marketing Workflows

  • Use AI tools to:

  • Automate content ideation and campaign planning.

  • Generate creative briefs, captions, and ad copy faster.

  • Predict campaign performance through data analysis.

  • Continuously test and implement new AI tools to improve workflows.

Kreatex Brand Growth

  • Build Kreatex's own brand presence and inbound marketing engine.
  • Launch campaigns to attract clients and showcase our expertise in AI + creativity.
  • Experiment with emerging marketing trends, blending creativity and technology.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing (agency or startup preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with social media management and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working with international brands or campaigns.
