
Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and monitor strategic digital marketing campaigns across all online platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, website and social media management, digital campaign monitoring, ad optimization, and performance analysis. The role requires strong collaboration across internal and external teams and effective people management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIES
● Create and propose digital content strategies and campaigns for all online platforms.
● Conduct industry and competitor intelligence, staying current with digital trends and technologies.
● Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies, including:
● Digital contests and giveaways
● New digital engagement initiatives
● Prepare competitor intelligence reports for strategic planning
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
● Develop and manage content through overseeing the creation, editing, and optimization of all website and social media content, including articles, landing pages, and social posts.
● Monitor content effectiveness and update strategies to improve engagement and achieve marketing goals.
● Plan and manage video and photo shoots for promotional campaigns, working with internal and external teams.
● Present bimonthly content decks for DTC marketing.
● Ensure Content Compliance: Guarantee all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory standards (e.g., Ad Standards Council), and quality control measures.
CAMPAIGN MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION
● Track and analyze campaign KPIs (click-through rates, conversions, reach, etc.).
● Provide monthly performance reports to management.
● Optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency.
● Schedule and attend strategy and performance calls with platform experts and/or partner agencies.
● Ensure effective media spend aligned with set budgets.
● Implement SEO strategies by integrating targeted keywords into content.
DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING
● Analyze social media metrics to measure user engagement and brand visibility.
● Evaluate website performance weekly and monthly via Google Analytics and Ads.
● Identify optimization opportunities and propose data-driven recommendations.
E-COMMERCE
● Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging e-commerce technologies and platforms to recommend and implement solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.
COLLABORATION
Internal:
Actively collaborate with CRM and other internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and customer support.
External:
Maintain professional relationships with brand ambassadors (e.g., gift coordination, communication).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
