The Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Advertising Specialist to drive the success of Kreatex and our client brands through creative and data-driven campaigns. This is not your average marketing role — you'll be hands-on in building advertising strategies, launching campaigns, and optimizing performance to leave a strong imprint in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search visibility.
  • Create campaign assets in collaboration with creative, design, and animation teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI and recommending optimizations.
  • Support the growth of both internal and client brands through measurable and innovative marketing approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign strategy.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for creating campaigns that stand out and deliver results.

Bonus Skills

  • Background in FMCG, luxury, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Experience in SaaS or growth marketing campaigns.
  • Copywriting or content marketing experience.
