As a Sales Back-End Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our sales process, including lease agreements and document management. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing lease agreements and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing and organizing sales documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, expenses, receipts and other financial data.
  • Coordinating with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and processing of sales orders.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales department as needed.
  • Handling leads from time to time, depending on demand, and ensuring timely follow-up and communication with potential customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Acting as a support liaison between other departments in the company, such as Accounting and Housing, to ensure all lease documents are complete and accurate until tenants move out.
