Overview

​We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EdTech Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of our Learning/School Management System (LMS/SMS) products across the Philippine education market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology solutions to schools and universities and a strong, established network within the education sector. This specialist role is an individual contributor position focused on the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—within the K-12 and Higher Education verticals.

Key Responsibilities

​Sales Execution and Business Development

  • ​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets by effectively closing deals.
  • ​Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with private and public schools, colleges, and universities in the assigned territory.
  • ​Relationship Management: Utilize and expand an existing network of contacts (e.g., school administrators, IT directors, department heads, procurement) to build strong, long-term relationships and drive product sales.
  • ​Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales life cycle, including initial outreach, product pitch, negotiation, and contract finalization.

​Product and Client Engagement

  • ​Expert Consultation: Act as the product expert, delivering persuasive sales presentations and tailored product demonstrations of our LMS/SMS to prospective clients.
  • ​Solution Customization: Create customized technical proposals and pricing structures that directly address the specific administrative and learning needs of educational institutions.
  • ​Reporting: Accurately log all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system on a timely basis.

​Qualifications

  • ​Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with a direct focus on selling Learning Management Systems (LMS), School Management Systems (SMS), or enterprise software/SaaS solutions to the education industry.
  • ​​A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with mandates from the Department of Education (DepEd) or Commission on Higher Education (CHED) regarding EdTech adoption.
  • Previous experience in a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales environment.
  • Domain Knowledge & Networking: Strong, established network and proven understanding of the procurement and technology adoption processes within the Philippine private and public school/university sectors.
  • ​Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • ​Drive & Autonomy: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to manage a dynamic sales pipeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
