
Sales and Admin Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Admin Professional (Part-time - 4 hours/day) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and invoices as needed.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers and market segments; Use online tools, databases, and networking to build a robust lead pipeline; and Qualify leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Sales Closing: Conduct product or service presentations to prospective client; Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contract; and lose deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients; Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction; Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services; and Monitor client accounts to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Qualifications:
- College graduate.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Document and recap notes and tasks as they are on calls or during training.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace and Canva.
- Excellent English Communications Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or relevant role
- Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques
- Strong background in lead generation, deal closing, and client account management.
