Job Overview:

We're looking for an Automation Specialist to help develop, optimize, and maintain our online systems — ensuring marketing, sales, and web processes work seamlessly together. You'll be managing CRM workflows, setting up automation tools, and improving system efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain responsive websites (WordPress, Wix, Framer).
  • Set up and manage CRM systems and automation workflows (GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, Firehub.AI).
  • Design and optimize landing pages and funnels.
  • Integrate tools such as forms, chatbots, and email campaigns.
  • Configure and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager).
  • Automate repetitive marketing and admin tasks.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot automations and workflows.
  • Maintain website backups, security, and plugin updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in automation, CRM management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in tools like GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, or similar.
  • Knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Framer) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule (9 PM – 6 AM EST).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
  • Experience with API integrations or AI automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
