Job Description

The Junior Key Accounts Manager is mainly tasked with leveraging economic, social, political, and industry trends to optimize the growth potential of their assigned accounts (Modern Trade). This role involves identifying and segmenting accounts, creating and implementing strategies, fostering and sustaining relationships, negotiating and finalizing deals, addressing issues and complaints, assembling a cross-functional team to manage and expand business with the account, preparing business reviews, and developing and executing business plans.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Required skills: Negotiation, Data Analysis, Project Management, Leadership, Deliver results
