About the role

We are seeking a talented Jr. Architect to join our team at International Marketing Group in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in the design and development of our company's architectural projects. As a Jr. Architect, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design architectural plans
  2. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project adherence to design standards
  4. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
  5. Support the project management and delivery of architectural initiatives
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
  7. Provide input and recommendations to enhance the overall design process

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Licensed Architect with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  3. Proficient in using CAD software and other design tools
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  6. Keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Understanding of local building codes and regulations
