Responsibilities:
- Checking and verifying employees' payroll details.
- Managing payments for government contributions and suppliers.
- Monitoring and updating Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Preparation and issuance of sales invoices.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Managing purchasing activities for office and operational needs.
Qualifications :
- College Graduate of any Business Course, Accounting major an advantage
- At least 6 months experience in the same field.
- With basic knowledge in accounting and payroll.
- Preferably a resident of Binan Laguna
