JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Networking (DHCP, DNS, Gateway configuration)
- Excellent communication skills for global customer support
- CCNA certification is an advantage
- Experience working in a BPO company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Configure and maintain gateway/network appliances
- Document issues and resolutions systematically
- Communicate clearly and confidently with global clients
