JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Networking (DHCP, DNS, Gateway configuration)
  • Excellent communication skills for global customer support
  • CCNA certification is an advantage
  • Experience working in a BPO company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related concerns
  • Configure and maintain gateway/network appliances
  • Document issues and resolutions systematically
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with global clients
