Job Description

As an Order Desk Analyst, you will handle end-to-end order processing, contract updates, renewals, and system optimization across Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated platforms. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services, you will support operational workflows, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance across all order management functions.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce), Quoting Administration (Salesforce CPQ), and/or Order Processing (DocuSign or IronClad)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and recommend solutions
• High attention to detail with consistent accuracy and efficient task execution
• Proven problem-solving ability with a strong drive to support business outcomes
• Adaptable and resilient, able to perform confidently in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including data handling and reporting
• Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a consistent schedule

Your Daily Tasks

• Support multiple departments through an internal case system for Salesforce and integrated tech stack issues or enhancements
• Maintain data integrity and operational consistency across systems
• Serve as a sales point of contact for auto-renewals, term renewals, and standardized deals
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal to manage business requirements in order processing
• Develop best practices to align company data quality with business initiatives
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies for order processing and renewals
• Manage updates to contract and agreement templates stored in CRM systems
• Provide ongoing support for training and sales enablement
