Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers and third-party partners, ensuring timely and accurate service activation from order placement to completion. You'll manage customer expectations, coordinate provisioning requirements, and resolve issues with precision-supporting a telecommunications leader known for network reliability and exceptional customer experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications provisioning with exposure to NBN or AU Telco environments
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Technically minded with a strong interest in IT/internet-based technologies
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Customer Management Systems, Ticketing Systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to take full ownership of network incidents from start to resolution

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Network Engineering, and Field Operations teams
  • Provide high-level customer service at every interaction
  • Manage customer expectations proactively and communicate process timelines
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and third-party providers during the provisioning of services
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery
  • Respond within service-level agreements for end-to-end provisioning services
  • Verify and process accurate customer information and documentation
  • Record and process sales orders promptly and delegate tasks to relevant teams
  • Ensure permissions, access, and technical feasibility are confirmed for service completion
  • Maintain updated knowledge of internal systems and procedures for efficient operations
  • Identify and report network incidents in a timely manner
  • Perform other related tasks as needed to support customers and operations
