Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager and management team.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to tenant requests, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain and update tenant records, contracts, permits, and other building documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, inspections, and property-related activities.
  • Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and building-related forms.
  • Assist in processing billing, petty cash, reimbursements, and other administrative transactions.
  • Coordinate with building personnel, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and service requests.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and filing.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or commercial building operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
