Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
Travel: Required to visit government offices and franchise branches in Las Piñas and Imus, Cavite
Overview
We are looking for a dependable and organized Operations and Administrative Assistant to support the management of several small food franchise branches, as well as assist with tasks related to other businesses based in BGC.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling both office-based and field work, can prepare and organize financial reports, and is comfortable dealing with government offices for permit renewals and BIR filings.
You will work primarily from our office in BGC, but regular travel to franchise branches and government offices will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of multiple franchise branches
- Prepare and organize financial reports (revenues, expenses, profits)
- Support in filing and organizing BIR documents and government permits
- Coordinate renewals of business permits and other government requirements
- Monitor store performance and assist with basic administrative and accounting documentation
- Provide general administrative support for other business ventures when needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of college education completed
- Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to travel to Las Piñas and Imus as needed
- Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently
