Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise the scheduling and dispatch of delivery trucks.
  • Monitor drivers' routes and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of products during transport.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align delivery schedules.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, truck usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints.
  • Ensure all trucks are properly maintained, clean, and roadworthy.
  • Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports for management.
  • Implement cost-efficient strategies for fuel, routes, and truck utilization.
  • Supervise and guide delivery drivers and helpers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of truck operations, route planning, and delivery scheduling.
  • Familiarity with DOLE, LTFRB, and other transport-related regulations is an advantage.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Willing to work in Deparo, North Caloocan City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
