Job Overview

The
Logistics Manager
will oversee and optimize the company's
logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes
. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven leader with strong knowledge of the food manufacturing industry's regulatory standards, as well as expertise in managing both inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    end-to-end logistics operations
    , including warehousing, inventory, transportation, and distribution.
  • Manage and optimize delivery schedules to ensure on-time product distribution to clients, retailers, and partners.
  • Develop strategies to improve
    logistics efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    food safety regulations, quality standards, and government requirements
    in logistics processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers, transport partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics, warehouse, and delivery operations.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Implement best practices in
    inventory control, route planning, and fleet management
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    5–7 years of logistics experience
    , preferably in the
    food manufacturing or FMCG industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
  • Familiarity with
    food safety standards and regulatory requirements
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Willing to work
    on-site in Marikina City
    .
