  1. Monitor, control, and record all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment for EPC project sites.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock verification, and reconciliation.
  3. Ensure timely updating of inventory records.
  4. Track consumables and critical spares to prevent stockouts that could delay construction works.
  5. Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and transport teams for the timely delivery of project materials.
  6. Prepare and review delivery schedules, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
  7. Manage the loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials to avoid damage or loss
  8. Maintain updated records of material receipts, transfers, usage, and returns.
  9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics status reports for project management.
  10. Document discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or delays, and coordinate corrective actions.
  11. Ensure that all records are properly filed and readily available for audits and inspections.
  12. Oversee warehouse and laydown yard operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security.
  13. Work closely with construction, procurement, and project control teams to align logistics with project schedules.
  14. Conduct inspections to verify material quality and conformity to project specifications.
