JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Logistics Associate (Admin) to support our Logistics Officer with various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will help ensure that all logistics documentation, expense tracking, and records are accurate and up to date, while also assisting in occasional deliveries when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Logistics Officer
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for logistics-related documents
  • Manage and update logistics trackers, reports, and expense sheets
  • Monitor inventory and delivery records to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate and document deliveries when required
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company logistics procedures and standards
  • Book trips for company and client needs.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Preferably residing in Mandaluyong or nearby cities for easy access to the office
