This full-time role is based in our office in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee outgoing orders and daily deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor delivery schedules to meet operational requirements.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with logistics providers, agencies, and service vendors to support daily delivery operations.
  • Lead negotiations with delivery partners and vendors to secure cost-efficient rates, favorable terms, and reliable service.
  • Manage riders and third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics, resolve delivery issues, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Assist customers and resolve escalated delivery concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery-related paperwork, records, and digital databases for tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor performance of delivery partners and riders, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with company policies and delivery KPIs.
  • Perform other logistics and operations-related tasks as required.
  • Other tasks as may be required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, coordinate, and discipline riders or third-party logistics personnel when needed.
  • Ability to make sound, authoritative decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software, delivery tracking systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
