Seller Development & Engagement Program

  • Create specialized training and engagement programs for sellers through extensive research and competition scan.
  • Develop trainings / activities for sales staff through intensive research and company process updates.
  • Draft and create various modules for specific seller / sales staff needs
  • Monitor seller/sales group progress and performance
  • Determine and track training requests, schedules, and sales activities for the whole year
  • Assist in the logistics of the set trainings / activities
  • Seller Events Planning & Management

Training Collaterals and Needs

  • Prepare various training collaterals and materials
  • Maintain training materials / collaterals checklist

Coordination with Sales Channels and other Departments

  • Coordinate with all concerning sales channels and departments
  • Ensure proper communication in terms of training requests, venue reservations and seller invitations
  • Keeps track of the calendar for the whole year

Reports and Administrative Functions

  • Create all-related reports for the Seller Development activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Education, Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in teaching, facilitating of learning, project/client presentations and/or events planning and management but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
