Job Description

As a Marketplace Onboarding Specialist, you'll lead sellers through their onboarding journey-from data integration to performance analysis. You'll troubleshoot issues, optimize seller launches, and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless experience across the marketplace ecosystem.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year experience in a technical onboarding services role in e-commerce and/or retail
• Experience using Mirakl is essential
• Experience onboarding key accounts with a strong understanding of their technical challenges
• Ability to diagnose and solve customer service problems
• Takes initiative and operates with a high degree of autonomy
• High attention to detail and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Ability to proactively solve problems quickly and through proper escalation processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of HTML, FTP, HTTPS, and API
• Experience in technical analysis and management
• Fluent communication and experience in coordinating with external stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the onboarding process for sellers and provide technical guidance
• Track seller activities and onboarding pipelines in the internal CRM, ensuring accurate updates for all interactions
• Coordinate with Marketplace Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth and successful seller launches
• Analyse seller performance data, generate insights, and use them to improve onboarding success
• Troubleshoot platform bugs, data upload errors, and other technical issues during onboarding
• Collaborate with sellers and 3rd party connector partners to integrate seller data within the marketplace platform
• Work with the Operations team to assist in data migration from sellers to the platform during onboarding
