About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Live Seller to join our dynamic team at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc.' in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. As a Live Seller, you will play a vital role in driving sales and engaging with our customers through live streaming and interactive video platforms. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your product knowledge, sales skills, and passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Hosting engaging and informative live streaming sessions to showcase our products and services
  • Actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing their needs in real-time
  • Demonstrating product features and benefits to drive sales and build customer loyalty
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling content and sales strategies
  • Continuously learning about our product range and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any post-purchase inquiries or concerns
  • Tracking and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Proven experience in live selling, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and demo products
  • Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and social media tools
  • A creative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to customer needs
