Role Description

This is a full-time role for an In-House Seller located in Caloocan City. The In-House Seller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting property offerings, negotiating sales, maintaining client relationships, and performing administrative tasks related to sales. This role requires on-site presence to manage and execute sales functions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Client engagement and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks related to sales
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in business or real estate is advantageous
